

Our Strength Conditioning Approach
Our approach is more than handing you a list of exercises to do. We create a personal training program that aims to improve your function in daily tasks and sport performance with injury and pain prevention in mind. We teach you the principles to why and how your program will provide effective change to your health.
How it Works
We create your personal training program through two options.

Flexible PT Program: Create your PT program in a single PT session of your chosen duration and update your program when it suits you. We assess your lift techniques and create specific teaching points. Book a free intro to get started.

PT Program Package: Build your own PT package that includes a specified training program via an integrated app for 8 or 12 weeks with the option to add discounted Physiotherapy consult packs and onsite gym access. Scroll below to learn more.


PT Program Package
We spend three PT consultations teaching and creating your personal training program together. Your Physiotherapist will program weekly training loads (reps x sets x weight) for you as well as communicate regularly via our integrated app. You can choose to complete your PT program onsite or offsite (at home or a gym of your choosing).
